David G. Miller is a highly trained and experienced building professional. He began his career as an apprentice carpenter in 1972, but soon ventured his own remodeling company in 1974. Over the years he has expanded his knowledge with expertise in solar energy, energy conservation, hydronic radiant heating, lumber and millwork, building design and construction cost factoring. Since 1990, David has worked exclusively as a building analyst. He has inspected and analyzed hundreds of homes and building projects for individuals and builders alike. David is a Licensed Home Inspector (Lic.# 450.000153), Lead Paint Inspector (Lic. #L-01185), and Radon Measurement Professional (Lic.# RNI96054) as required by the state of Illinois.
